Interview
Firstly, let me start by saying how incredibly annoying it is to get a response back from a job I applied to in October 2024 13 months later.
I completed both the online language proficiency assessments in English and the pre-recorded video Interview they sent me last week but got rejected without any feedback. They didn't give me a chance to do the French test.
I am a native speaker of English so there is no way I scored poorly in a basic English Test. If you are going to jump to conclusions just by looking at others and saying "oh look here is a better candidate and let's reject this one" then please don't bother getting back to someone asking them do an interview and English language test a year later. You could have just looked at the application form and come to that conclusion like many others places do already.
