Interview
I had three interviews with this company over a period of three years.
The first process included a meeting with the Head of HR, followed by a technical interview. Everything went normally, but I never heard back from anyone. I even contacted HR to ask for feedback — no answer at all. For a process involving two interviews, this level of silence is unacceptable.
Years later, I had another interview for a different role. Same pattern: an initial meeting with HR, and then no follow-up whatsoever.
At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that their recruitment process is disorganized and lacks basic professionalism. Even a simple negative response would show respect for candidates’ time.
And frankly, based on what I’ve seen, the salary they offer doesn’t seem competitive, which may explain why they quietly drop candidates after the HR meeting.

Question 1
Experience and career path, the projects I’ve handled, and how my background aligns with the role. Nothing unusual
Mixture of technical and soft skills questions. HR interview was conducted first followed by interview with Senior engineer or discipline lead. Questions are focused on past experiences and code knowledge/understanding.

Interview
Interview started a couple minutes late. I got asked if X was something I could handle many times, which I thought was unnecessary since I was applying for the position. Initial interview probably took 1.5 hours.
