The interview process included 4 rounds which and a mock assignment. The interviews were relatively informal and were more of a 'get to know you' than an evaluation. The assignment was representative of the type of work associates would do.

4 interviews and an assignment. Spoke with multiple people in multiple roles. Pretty straightforward questions about background, experience, and interest. Everyone was very personable and friendly. The process was not super clear and most people I spoke to couldn't tell me what next steps would be

One interview with a high-level member of the company, and then a writing sample. The first interview went really well, but I never heard back after submitting my writing sample.
