The interview process included a screening call, a video interview with two employees included the department manager and supervisor, and a 30-minute panel interview presentation with over 8 employees that included people from many different departments. Put me through the whole process only to tell me I wasn’t qualified for the job in the end. Due to other observations surely as a minority candidate, I was only used for show and my candidacy was not taken seriously. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my time.
