Interview
One from acquisition team called me to have telephonic interview. Once the telephonic is done they the recruiter asked to visit their Kolkata office to have face to face 2nd round of technical interview and hr interview. After 2 days they called me again for salary discussion.
This company came to our campus for cdac Mumbai for dotnet developer role . They taken first technical apti after that shortlisted student appears for technical interview. Then followed by hr interview that's all.

Interview process was simple and easy to clear and their are 5 round with 2 technical round and rest are salary discussion and HR round. Overall experience was too good and comfortable.

I just got a call from recruiting team and got rejected. Why? Because they wanted immediate joiners. They have 3month notice period for own employees. But while recruiting taking only immediate joiners.
If you make your employees wait for 3mnth before leaving why can't wait for new joiners.
