Interview felt like a gossip digging session about my previous employer and more of a “mates chat” than a first interview which didn’t give off the best impression. No flexibility in office days as they want you in 5 days, not great when there are so many other employers who rave about flexibility.

Question 1
Why did I leave my previous employer? Are they good to work for?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leeds-List (Leeds, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Asked to produce a 500-word blog post based on a test brief via email. Then an in-person interview with the CEO and Creative Director which was very informal in their offices and was very pleasant. Received a job offer via email a few days later but was ghosted during the salary negotiation process.
