had a phone call with HR to check compatibility with the role, then was invited to the offices for a 1.5-hour session of showcase and 'design' interview. the next step would be an online coding interview and if all good HR and director meeting

and asked me to design this feature.
after creating a general schema they asked me to dig deep down into the RESTful API for each question step and what would be sent/received with the POST/GET requests they wanted to know exactly what these types of messages would look like and to write and show them an algorithm on the server side on how to create a response and what will it include
The interview process is as follows:
1. Face-to-Face System Design Interview with 2 interviewers.
2. Live Coding Interview on Zoom.
3. Upper Management Interview.
4. HR Interview and recommendations.
The overall experience was neutral. One of the interviewers was a weirdo.

As other reviewers wrote - HR screening and then onsite design question about their onboarding website. The design should be well explained and detailed including GET and POST request contents and the responses
