      Operations Interview

      5 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Brooklyn, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lemonsqueeze (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Sent in my resume and cover letter and heard back in a week to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was just a 30-minute get-to-know-you conversation and ask what you interest in the company was. After that, I had an in-person interview the next week which spanned an hour where I met the founder and the operations manager. The interview was mostly behavioral and focused on fit with the company. Overall, had a fantastic experience meeting people and learning about the company.
