Met with the PME - it was a straight forward interview, they expressed interest in my goals as well as my career growth. Overall, I felt like it was an easy going conversation with less formal questions regarding technical knowledge and education.
Had two interviews, the first was over the phone and was very casual. Had typical interview questions but was able also to have casual conversations in. The second interview was with teams that were looking to hire. This interview was more about which team you gel better with.

Nothing much, just a few basic questions. Asked very basic questions that can be found online. Make sure to read up on Lendlease's core values and research the company. Great interview process overall.
