A well-organized process that included multiple rounds of interviews with key players. Very thorough. The process included telephone interview as well as in-person interviews. The HR department is well-run and made the interview process easy and effective.

Slow. Recruiter first reached out and then disappeared for a month.
Then reached out again. Phone interview with her. Then phone interview with hiring manager.
In person interview with hiring manager two weeks later.
Hiring manager was concerned that the position was in Raleigh and the team to be led was in Ohio. Then why interview local candidates?
