3 weeks after applying, I had a 15-minute screening call with the internal talent partner. The next round took place 2 weeks later with the hiring manager. It was a good conversation and all signs seemed very positive, down to being told that HR would be in touch with next steps. 3 weeks after this, I received a pro forma rejection with no feedback.
