Relatively straightforward process, went through my school, sat down with recruiter on campus to talk about the position. Asked about my classes related to the job, any previous experiences I'd had, interested in the analytical work i did the summer before with Excel.

There were 3-4 rounds of interviews with various individuals. Lower level employees, along with HR, upper level management and the chief actuary. There were some questions relating to logic were asked

Quick and efficient. They called immediately and the entire process was 1 week. Started with a phone screening interview and then flew me out for on site interview. On site interview was 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews.
