Overall, I had a very good first impression: It started already with the fact that the job offer specified precisely the salary they were willing to offer, in my opinion that is so much better than vague descriptions like Competitive Salary. On top of that, HR was quite reactive and transparent throughout the process. As for the process, I made 2 interviews, one initial screening call with HR per phone and a second one via Microsoft Teams with the HR manager and the manager of the department I applied for, in that case the department Import Export Packaging. After this interview there was supposed to be a third interview on site, but about a week after my second interview, the HR manager called me to tell me that they had selected another candidate in the mean-time. When I asked what the reason was, I was given a short explanation.
