First I got a phone call interview and then in the next step, I got a virtual interview over Webx. The questions were relevant to the position and I answered all of them, but I don't know why I don't get the job.

very straightforward, 10 minutes, 20 max,.. Education background questions, previous jobs experience questions, phlebotomy experience and skill, ecg training, behavioral/situational hypothetical questions, if you have tech difficulties with your call, cant hear or too choppy, you can request to switch to online call on you laptop or computer
