I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LifeScript (Mission Viejo, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I had a quick phone interview to screen, and then a very long (2 hrs?) in-person interview with several people. Very efficient, I talked to the VP, the SVP, and several "executers" that could tell me about my expected day-to-days. No need to come back, they got everyone through the room in one visit.
Everyone was very pleasant, very fun. I felt comfortable. No stiff, standard "What are your weaknesses" questions. They asked about things that actually matter. I could tell they really wanted to learn what I was interested in, and they were looking for personality.
Very good experience.

Question 1
It was a lot more of a conversation than a Q and A session.
