I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LifeWorks (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2014
Interview
Series of interviews. Not too many tech questions. Focused on learning ability and ability to work independently as well as in a team. The recruiter focused on finding the right job for potential employee and suggested other potential positions within the company. Encouraged to ask questions and have a discussion/interviewee led interview. It was apparent that people and communication skills were important as well as initiative in the workplace.
