Lightmatter interview questions

Be prepared to follow up for each round. I followed up to push the process for every round, and for the final round I did it twice. But the recruiter ghosted. I think it's very disrespectful, especially if the candidate made it to the final round. Like how much effort it takes to send a result lol

The rounds went as follows 1.) Recruiter call 2.) Manager Call 3.) coworker panel 4.) CEO Call Super smooth experience. Very prompt and communicative. Questions were mostly behavioral with some technical questions. Would go through it again.
