Easy interview. They basically want to make sure you have the physical ability to move and arrange bikes and the mental capacity to use different apps on your smartphone. You must use your own phone so a decent smartphone is preferable.

Went in for the interview, talked to the boss and was told there would be a second call if I got the job. The interview itself took about 10/15 minutes and described the general outlines/responsibilities of the position and if I would be okay completing them.

Web based application. Lime contacts you when they are interested. Phone call to get more information and schedule interview. Interview was group based, then small groups per position. Within 1 day I heard back, was on boarded, and started the next week.
