Interview
Phone call screening interview, followed by a panel interview with 3 current employees. There weren't any typical "HR" questions. It felt serious, but pretty conversational and like they really wanted to know me.

They cared about the ability to learn and adapt, manage multiple projects at once, and be a nice person.
Series of three interviews first with the hiring manager, then with the project coordinator and finally with the team leader you will be reporting to. The main concern was how you deal with managing projects.
