After applying for a position on their website, I was contact by HR for an initial screening. A few days later, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. I was only asked behavioral questions; overall the phone interview went well. A week later, I was brought in for a group interview, which was again entirely behavioral based â??what frustrate youâ? â??what motivates youâ? etcâ?Œ; not one question pertained specifically to localization.
Never received an email/phone call from HR letting me know the outcome of my interview.
