Interview
The interview took place in 3 rounds with regular intervals of days. First round was a telephonic round. Second one took place after few days wherein you ll be called for a wriiten test for a language lead job. The test is quite difficult and you need to have a very linguistic approach including grammar, translations of different european languages, etc. Based on that the third roubd is a face to face round.

Need grammar and presence of mind. Need to be confident. Seo is important. Introduce yourself was the first and then some general questions were asked. It took me sometime for the Interviewer to get back to me.

it was a remote interview, covering everything regarding localization/job roles/ personal commitment. The interviewee needs t have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Along with that a written test is taken to analyze your customer-facing skills and communication abilities

Short phone call for the first step in the interviewing process. It was announced that if I pass the first filter I will be called again to scheduled another interview with another manager.
