Three step interview process: Begining with a phone screening, the supervisor will call the applicant once the application has been submitted. If the supervisor finds the applicant fit, they will schedule an observation. The observation includes the applicant coming to the office, meeting with one of the eye recovery technician, and watching the duties that they will perform. If the applicant finds the job appealing after the observation, they are scheduled for a final interview, The final interview includes two supervisors and general questions regarding your experience.
