I applied online. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Short Skype interview with Recruitment Manager followed by an onsite interview with a couple of key stakeholders. Had to chase the company many times to get any feedback, and they eventually came back to me with an excuse telling me that the Recruitment Manager was going to leave the organisation. Not impressed, very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies in May 2015
Interview
I was traveling, and they worked with me to accommodate me despite the time difference (I was 9hrs ahead). I spoke with 3 people, 1:1 and all by Skype video or by voice. They were straightforward and responsive and were willing to move quickly to onboard me the following week!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies in Nov 2013
Interview
One of the senior recruiters contacted me almost a year ago to see if I would be interested in a contract position there. I had one phone screen, and then came on site to meet the team for an interview, and by the end of the day, I had the contract in hand. It was succinct, no wasting of anyone's time...It was a breath of fresh air, as compared to the stodgy, and stuck up companies who have you interview 5 times, and then go through an interview team, etc...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Always my most difficult question is, "tell me something about yourself that you can do better in." You just never know how much to divulge.
