Very long interview process, meeting with at least 6 people over a two day period. Everyone was friendly and 1 on 1. There were a lot of similar questions, but nothing stood out to me as unusual. Most of the questions were how my internships prepared me for a full time job. They also asked me what I knew about the company, so study up on Lockton and their competitors. Overall it was a very positive experience

Interview
Relatively simple interview questions - make sure to do research on the position you're interview for as well as what Lockton does. They're very flexible - make sure to show your enthusiasm about the company.
Was smooth and interviews done in 3 weeks. Met multiple levels of the team and gained a deeper understanding of the role. Interviews were flexible and did not demand you to do anything out of the ordinary.
Multiple interviews but they kept in touch every couple of days. Some were over the phone and the last one was in person. All of them were quick except the last interview which took about one hour.
