First, you have a phone interview to learn about the position, then a second phone interview that is more specific to you, then lastly you will have in-person speed interviews with 12 different upper-level employees

mainly all related to "tell me a time when" and behavior questions
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
