The recruiter contacted me via linkedin, then via email, text and call. He did a first interview with me, then arranged for interviews with the hiring manager and another senior leader but ghosted me completely after that. Radio silence. I understand this is common practice amongst recruiters but this is quite unprofessional. The interview itself was decent however the job description posted online and sent to me by the recruiter was different than the role described to me by the hiring manager.

Lengthy process. Interviewed by several different people that you would never work with. You don't get a chance to meet the team, you'll be working with until after you're hired.
