1st round-phone screening-talent acquisition call.
2nd round-Microsoft teams interview with any AR manager. Mainly talks about the role.
3rd round-in person interview with division VP. This is where they ask you more questions like strengths, weaknesses, etc.
The interview process was straight forward, however I was told that I would be contacted again by their hiring manager and never received even an email saying they were moving on with the process with another applicant.

Interview
They literally hire anyone and hope they work out. My team went through so many different ARs. They throw something at the wall and hope it sticks. Super easy interview, but I did interview years ago.
Our end-of-year stats show that we have on average 50 applications for each AR opening, and have a 3:1 ratio of final candidates: job offer. The AR position is an important one, as it is the foundation for our sales team and filling the position is the best way to know if this job is a mutual good match.
