Phone interview and face to face. Unexpected tech test including how to resolve scenario. Initially very harsh manner from manager but he did relax a bit. Didn't think test was relevant to position, if it was then based on my cv I should not have been there

Interview
Overall was a super relaxed non scripted interview with each interview step. Everyone seemed to be relaxed and was one of the smoothest process i have been a part of.

Question 1
Active Directory, Ports. Security Best Practice etc, if you dont know make an educated guess or say you dont know.
1 hour interview with 2 SR Technical Support Engineers. Questions around overall IT security threats and vectors, Ports, Windows-Linux Troubleshooting Commands, SQL and basic SQL commands. They were all real legit questions that were non scripted.
30 min final interview with Team Manager. Basic questions around why you want to work here, troubleshooting steps, some real basic tech questions.
Do your research of the company and its products and overall IT brush up and crash course around all of above. Write up a cheat sheet for reference on your overall topics in case you start to nose dive in the interview.
