I interviewed at Logic Monitor in November 2019, it takes one day.
Only two rounds of interview. Technical and Managerial round.
Very short period of time to declare the results.
I got positive result within two days.

Interview
Phone screen, then 2 zoom interviews and a 15 minute assessment. I met 4 people overall. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgable. The assessment seemed daunting at first but was pretty easy to complete.

What types of roles do you typically recruit for?
Thank you for your honest review. We're happy to know your experience was positive and met with our friendly LMers every step of the way. We agree taking an assessment can be stressful at times, which is why we provide resources to prepare, practice assessments, and offer multiple versions of the assessment to accommodate any needs you might have. Hopefully these extra resources helped!

Interview
The interview process had a few steps. I was asked to complete a 30 minute assessment which was followed by a phone interview. The next step was a video interview with a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Before going in for an in-person interview, I was asked to complete the assessment again while on a video call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I later went into the office for an in-person interview.
