Interview with line manager about interests on why to join and skills. Interviews with peers and team to see for a good fit and potentially more skill related questions.

Headhunter contacted me on LinkedIn. Normal type if interview. 1 month later, HR interview for the position. Very likable HR manager. Good interview, but then no response after 4 weeks. So I decided for another job.
