CV and cover letter, phone interview, then asked to answer some questions and web cam yourself answering them. Took weeks to go through all the stages - different people involved. Not told salary until half way through the process. Interview with 10 minute training session and competence based questions. Poor level of feedback given - 'we can get more for you!!'
