Interview
I found the company's website and sent my resume through email. About a month went by and then I was contacted by the CEO of the company who wanted to know how I found out about them. We scheduled an interview date and I came in. I was asked several questions about what I knew about Autism and the many treatment strategies used with children with Autism.

Interview
The director emailed me to set up an appointment. It took several days for the employer to give me an address of where to go for the interview (even after scheduling a date and time to meet). The interview consisted of filling out an application and then sitting down with two representatives of the company (presumably the CEO). The interview consisted of some scripted questions as well as some follow up questions based on my response. The interviewers reiterated that they were new to the area and were looking to expand their company.
