Applied online, in-person interview with the HR manager (the hiring manager), if you get passed this interview, you interview with the VP. First off, I do want to state that the organization should consider hiring HR PROFESSIONALS who have people skills. My interview experience with this organization was boring and uncomfortable due to the interviewer's lack of interpersonal skills. There were many awkward moments despite my efforts to conversate with her. This is unheard of in HR. I knew this was not the place for me before the interview was over.

I was contacted by phone to schedule a personal interview. Interview lasted for about an hour, asking me specifically what my background/history in healthcare was and how do i foresee myself in 5 years, career-wise.
