I applied online. I interviewed at Lovely Bride (New York, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
It took 3 weeks and honestly it was a pretty easy process. The 1st was a first round, 2nd was a 3 hr interview not paid, they have you basically do training for the job and then ask questions at the end. WAS A DIRECT WASTE OF TIME THEY STRAIGHT GHOSTED ME I EMAILED FOR FOLLOWUP AND CALLED NOTHING. Even if its a rejection, it is courtesy to inform applicants of their status dont just leave them hanging

Interview
Fun and interactive with different levels of management. They vary on location but both owner and manager were professional and easy to talk to. Felt more like a constructive conversation more than a formal interview

Past experiences and level of comfort working with varying types of incoming clientele
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lovely Bride in Jan 2025
Interview
I had an interview with someone who was actually a former salesperson, not even a professional manager. In the end, it turned out the job paid only $18 per hour—the bare minimum for California—for a full-time position with heavy customer traffic. On top of that, there were absolutely no benefits.
To make matters worse, the contract they sent didn’t even include the legally required PTO days under California law. This company clearly doesn’t value its employees, and I would not recommend working here.
