It was a very well orchestrated interview with very professional and nice people. They asked me to prepare a short presentation. The room was quiet and was welcoming. The interviewers engaged me and explained the expectations, They responded quickly with their decision.

I was under the impression that I could prepare myself for the behavioral interview, and was sadly mistaken. I walked into the interview with an enourmous about of confidence and walked out feeling like a the gum on the bottom on their shoe. The questions were essay based, no prior review or knowlege given at all.
