Interview process is thorough and they choose the right candidate based on experience but should also base their pay off of education as well. Good to company to work for but not the greatest hours. They try to see if you have knowledge in that specific department and how you would handle an upset customer.

Basic questions, mostly about customer service and how you please the customer. No plumbing experience needed because they didn’t ask plumbing questions. Lowe’s feels like they can teach the plumbing portion once your hired.

I applied in November, did my interview at the end of November and was offered the position 3 weeks (mid December) after I interviewed. I start my new position January 2018.

They asked pretty basic questions. Since I was already an employee the questions didn’t seem difficult.
