The interview was nothing special. The follow-up wasn't very strong and I found another position that was stronger and that I was more interested in. The interviewing manager was not very excited to talk to me and didn't make me feel like he wanted me to work there.

The process was very efficient and easy. They went through a list of questions, but the interviewer really listened to my answers and responded thoughtfully. I felt like I was able to say everything I needed to in order to communicate my experience.

It was very simple, with only five questions asked. The questions all related to safety and leadership. I found all of them very easy, even with no work experience. They are very forgiving as well.
