Resume shortlisting, you will get a call from HR to schedule the interview and he will ask you few question like salary expectations, why do you want to switch etc.

There were three rounds. 1st - Technical Round, 2nd - In-person Case Study , 3rd - In-Person Final Techno-Managerial Round. I got ghosted after the 3rd round. I personally felt I delivered a strong performance in all the interview rounds. However, after the 3rd round, I got ghosted. I sent two follow ups via email over the next three weeks but to no avail. They should atleast inform the decision to the candidates who reach the final round.
