Interview
It was a two way interview. The interviewer took time to interview and did not look down on applicant. Gained much insight on what to expect from the role and the company.
The interview was in three stages: first with the HR team, followed by an interview with the managers, then the last and final stage is with the MD and management teams.

It was relaxing in a professional manner. The questions asked are concise. It is a two-way conversation, the HR doesn't look down on the candidates. There is no tension in the room.
