Applied online, got an email 2 weeks later saying I was invited to a group interview, they made me fill out an availability form online prior to the interview. The day of the interview there were about 15 people in total. There were 4 tables in which you rotate around, 1st table was them just asking questions, if there were any holidays booked during the period you applied for and another other holidays you can work. 2nd table had gift sets on them and you had to do a role play with someone else and listen to their needs and recommend a gift to them. The 3rd table was a demonstration table where there were some lush products and you had to pick one and demonstrate how it worked, how it feels, list some of the ingredients of the product etc. and lastly there was a table with a bag and you had to pick out of the bag and whatever you had gotten you would have to do a sales pitch on it and try to sell it, they give you some time to think about it. After that they said they would let us know in a few days if we were successful.
