Included a 1-to-1 interview and practical elements such as role-playing shopping scenarios and giving demos on products.
Interview was mostly about how helpful and good with people you are. Practical parts were all about putting those people skills into practice.
Didn't need any knowledge about the products.

In person with a group of other people interviewing for that location. took turns talking about goals, why you like lush, etc. Was very casual. Met manager and assistant manager of store.
