Interview consists of different levels: initial one with recruitment, technical and one with the project manager or upper manager in case of managing position. Interview with the customer was skipped as the project being in a stage of setting up in Luxoft. The scope and responsibilities of the position were clearly defined, perspectives described. Interview was running in a friendly manner.

Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn only, sent me a number of questions in advance. Never actually spoke with the recruiter on the phone, only on Linkedin. Got scheduled for a 45 min interview with a manager then another shorter one with a more senior leader. Was supposed to do one more interview with the client, then two weeks went by, multiple check is with the recruiter later I'm told they are not filling the role anymore. Huge waste of time that went on for about a month if not longer.
