The hiring process contains 3 (if you are from Luxoft and search job inside company) or 4 (if you external seeker) interviews.
1. Interview with a HR (The easiest one, nothing special)
2. Technical interview with one of the technical specialist. It's quite difficult to pass this stage, but if you pass, you'll be 95% hired. (Questions are below)
3. Interview with a team leader. Some questions about your motivation, salary, and short brief about workgroup that you will participate.
4. Interview with a customer. Customer - a company, on which you will work. Luxoft has a lot of customers - Boeing, DB, AMD, Harman etc. If customer gives a green light - you are welcome.
