MAPFRE Insurance Business Intelligence Analyst interview questions

No question about me or my background. The phone interview was shut off once the HR found out that I would require sponsorship after the first 3 years of working at MAPFRE, if hired. No offence, but if you do not care about the candidate's skills do not email saying that you were a match. The phone interview lasted less than 3 minutes. and I was highly disappointed by the recruiter's phone cutting behavior.
