The interview process followed a fairly standard approach to a graduate scheme. After an initial submission of an application, you are invited to take online aptitude tests. If prepared, these tests are fairly straight forward. Upon achieving the minimum score for the online tests, you may be invited to an assessment centre whereby there are three tasks during the day. A group task, an interview and a presentation.
