Interview
Got an email from one of the research dept of MD Anderson asking for an interview. I went in and was interviewed with the head of the accounting dept, no technical questions at all. Few days after the first interview, I got another email asking for a second interview. I went in and was interviewed with the director of the research dept along with the accounting head, again no technical questions. I guess they are looking for a personality that can fit in the dept.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR to setup an interview. Interviews with the hiring manager followed by two other people in the department. All on the same day.

Question 1
Most if not all questions was about my work history. Had a few scenario questions. Nothing hard. The hiring manager explained in detail about the position and department. It was a pleasant experience.
