Initial HR screening interview with simple questions. Then 2 technical interviews which probe technical understanding of radar and SAR concepts, as well as fundamental technical concepts in radar processing and signal processing. Very good people and easy to speak with and interview process is nice. Only downside is that they will ask you what salary you want in the HR screening interview. After all technical rounds were complete there was no real willingness to discuss the compensation expectation (the offer was significantly less than my requirements). The company simply does an internal decision, and even after requesting a discussion to make a business case, they did not have a discussion, just came back with minor changes and said final offer. This did not leave a great impression, since it showed that even before hiring, the administration was not really willing to have conversation to respect my compensation requirements, and these were expressed before doing all technical interviews.
