I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MORSE Corp
Interview
Recruiter contacted me, then a relatively trivial technical screen, then a final-round panel interview. They went through the process efficiently. Panel interview covered past experience, "tell me about a time when ___", as well as your interest in working in defense.

Question 1
How would you feel about working on [an example of a semi-lethal or lethal project]?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MORSE Corp in Oct 2023
Interview
I had a phone conversation with the recruiter to discuss the role and was told to expect next steps. After I followed up once, the recruiter promised to check with the hiring manager but never got back to me. Overall, the communication was extremely poor, leaving me feeling overlooked. I've also noticed they frequently repost the same positions, which makes me question whether they genuinely intend to hire.

Question 1
Comfortability working on defense related products?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MORSE Corp (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
There were 3 steps in the process:
1. An initial phone screen with a recruiter
2. A 1-hour technical phone screen (via zoom), asked to solve a straightforward coding problem, and then a design problem.
3. A 90-minute interview with a panel (via zoom)

Question 1
Nothing particularly tricky, the algorithms/data-structures/design type questions were very straightforward. They seemed to care more about past experience
