I submitted the application. Within 3 days, I received a call from a recruiter. The hiring manager would love to have an interview with me. It went smoothly. The ED manager was very professional, welcoming, and friendly.

Contacted from manager directly. Seemed desperate to hire - the unit was extremely short staffed. Spoke with manager in a free flowing conversation. Totally not intimidating. Had an interview with a few nurses from the floor. They were concerned with how stress is handled and how your overall demeanor is.
