Was contacted by the HR rep pretty quickly. Bizarrely, he offered that he had a sleeping disorder and was often disoriented. Did a Zoom call with a team of people, who I am positive were chatting online about me, which was fine and things went well. A couple of weeks later the HR guy reached out and said they wanted me to do a writing assignment, which he went over in some detail. It was basically a week's worth of work, and I had 24hrs to do it. I didn't have the time (and thought it was excessive) and had to decline.
